Exploring research topics on world models
Performing condensed research on emerging issues in world models
Midterm Exam (20%)
Covering all the lectures dealt with, taking for 60 min
Closed book exam
Research Idea Presentation (20%)
The presentation and documents files (PDFs) must be shared 2 days (Wed.) before the class via an email
Title form: [id] [name] [title of your research]
The orders of presentations will be decided based on your ID (the score bias (due to orders) will be corrected)
Preparing for 10 min presentation including the following contents:
Clear problem definition and motivation
Persuasive key observation or intuition to support your idea
Simple and reasonable idea
Making strong contrast between the conventional and proposed methods
Expected output
Final Project (40%)
The presentation and documents files (PDFs) must be shared 2 days (Wed.) before the class via an email
Preparing for 10 min presentation which effectively summarizes your paper
Comments' Quality as Reviewers (10%)
You will evaluate and provide valuable comments to the presentors regarding their research
All the comments will be gathered and used for grading
Attendance (10%)
If the attendance score becomes 0, F grade will be assigned, (-2 for absence, -1 for tardy)
